Trace Settings¶

This section describes all trace-related settings available in the global.ini configuration file. These settings control the system’s diagnostic logging capabilities.

Separate trace file specifically for tracking Btrieve file open operations.

Traced Information¶

• File open requests

• Open modes

• Success/failure status

• File attributes

• Security context

• Performance metrics

Implementation Notes¶

• Independent of main trace file

• Same format as main trace

• Supports all trace levels

• Can be enabled separately
