SQL Script for Dropping Objects

How to Access: Main Menu | Tools | Generate Scripts | SQL Script for Dropping objects

Generates scripts for dropping indexes, tables, and other objects such as sequence definition on Oracle or a table in any SQL database engine.

Note

This tool should ONLY be used with tables that have been migrated. If you try and use it on a DataFlex file that has not been migrated, you will some variation of the error “File Not Found”.

  1. Select the path to save the file.

  2. Select the objects to drop.

  3. Press OK to save the file shown. If several tables were selected in the FileSelect press OK to All.
